This is my situation. I go to court on the 18th for my Child Custody Case. I had the x-gf summons to court so I can have my son. She has been keeping him away from me for already 2 months. I wrote my declaration and she responded to it. She claimed that I hit her with a shower head which then fell and cut her stomach open while she was pregnant, (which is totally false) and then went to the hospital. Also she claimed that I stole her keys from here and she called the police, but I supposedly left before they came. This is what she is writing in her declaration. Total lies. But here is the help I need with. I just received another declaration from her today that supplements her last declaration. In it, she mentions no allegations of me hitting her and cutting her stomach open. WOW!!!!! I don’t get it, she did a 180. Wouldn’t that be important especially in a child custody case??? Obviously I know she is lying, but this is what I think. She now has an attorney representing her, and weaved out the BS from her, and probably wanted some documentation indicating those serious incidents, but being there is none (because its false) he left it out of the second declaration.

Does this look back in court??? And I received her declaration today and my court date is on the 18th can I still respond to both declarations or the most recent one?

FYI – Were going to a child support case on the 25th she lied on all her documents saying she has no income but I have documentation showing she pays 3500 dollars a month for her house payments and has a Jaguar that is worth 25k paid off. Didn’t mention any of this. I gave the loan docs and trust deed to the Child support services, however she committed perjury by lying on Government documents. She I bring this up in my custody hearting that she will lie to and try to manipulate no matter what? She committed fraud by lying to get medi-cal and now perjury by lying on gov. docs about her assets.

I think she does not want anyone to know how much money she makes because she is an escort (hooker)
